WE ARE in love's land to-day;

Where shall we go?

我們將去向何方？

Love, shall we start or stay,

親愛的，我們是出發(fā)還是留下，

Or sail or row?

是揚(yáng)帆還是擺渡？

There's many a wind and way,

有許多風(fēng)與許多道路，

And never a May but May;

唯有五月才有青春風(fēng)光；

We are in love's hand to-day;

Where shall we go?

我們將去向何方？

Our landwind is the breath

我們陸上的風(fēng)是悲傷的呼吸

Of sorrows kissed to death

And joys that were;

Our way lies where God knows

Or flowers of foam?

或是在飛濺的浪花上？

她說，帶我登上愛存在的地方

Shows but one shaft, one dove,

那里有一根箭矢，一只鴿子，

One heart, one hand.

一顆心與一只手。

'A shore like that, my dear,

Lies where no man will steer,

沒有男人會(huì)向那里出航，

No maiden land.

也不會(huì)有登岸的姑娘。
