低碳環(huán)保英語作文（一）

　　Low carbon life begin from me

　　The earth is our home, we should protect it, don't pollute it. Low carbon life is life, less energy consumption, to reduce the emission of carbon, especially carbon dioxide emissions, reducing air pollution, slow deterioration of the environment.

　　Low carbon life, actually very simple. Students, when you take a shower, shampoo and wash my face and brush my teeth when I, you ever can have thought, to save every drop of water? But human can't produce carbon, therefore, must take the environmental protection, and civilized way of life -- low carbon life.

　　地球是我們的家園，我們應(yīng)該保護它，不要污染它。低碳生活，就是指生活中少耗能量，盡力減少碳的排放，特別是二氧化碳的排放量，減少對大氣的污染，減緩生態(tài)惡化。

　　做到低碳生活，其實很簡單。同學(xué)們，在你洗臉刷牙、洗發(fā)洗澡的時候，你我可曾想過，節(jié)約每一滴水？在你使用電燈、電視、電腦的時候，你可曾想過節(jié)約每一度電？參與低碳生活不是一時的、而是永恒的話題。

　　現(xiàn)在人類面臨著全球變暖的問題，碳就是導(dǎo)致地球變 暖的兇手，而這正是因為人類肆無忌憚的浪費資源，使得碳的排放量增加，所以，真正的罪魁禍首應(yīng)該是人類?？墒侨祟惒荒懿划a(chǎn)生碳，所以，就要采取環(huán)保、文明的生活方式——低碳生活。

　　低碳生活只要注意4個節(jié)：節(jié)電、節(jié)水、節(jié)油、節(jié)氣就行了。

　　以前，我不懂得節(jié)約，整天都愛開燈，并且從白天開到黑；水呢，也是常常的浪費……直到倡導(dǎo)低碳生活，才知道節(jié)約原來有很多好處。

　　Man and His Environment

　　Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to improve his way of life. With the tools of technology he has altered many physical features of the earth. He has transformed woodlands and prairies into farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or hydroelectric power. Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways.

　　However, man's changes to the physical environment have not always had beneficial results. Today, pollution of the air and water is an increasing danger to the health of the planet. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. The pollution of water is equally harmful. The whole ecological balance of the sea is being changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless.

　　Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before. As we know, massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man's existence. Indifference to these problems will mean committing suicide. Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve environment. Otherwise,man is certain to suffer from the serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living surroundings.

　　人類有史以來不斷改變自然環(huán)境，以改善自己的生活方式。人類借助技術(shù)工具改變了地球的許多自然特征。他將林地和草原改造成為農(nóng)田，使江河變成湖泊和水庫，用于灌溉或用于水力發(fā)電。人類還通過給沼澤地排水、鑿石劈山、修建公路和鐵路等方式，改變了地球的面貌。

　　然而，人類改變自然環(huán)境并不總是帶來有益的結(jié)果。今天，空氣和水的污染給地球的健康造成越來越嚴重的危害。每天機動車輛的排氣管排出成千上萬噸廢氣。工廠釋放的煙霧污染了工業(yè)區(qū)和周圍鄉(xiāng)村的空氣。水污染同樣有害，海洋的整個生態(tài)平衡正在受到破壞，工業(yè)廢水已使許多河流的生物死亡。

　　現(xiàn)在，環(huán)境保護比以往任何時候都更為緊迫。我們知道，對環(huán)境的大規(guī)模破壞已經(jīng)帶來負面影響，甚至嚴重威脅到人類的生存。對這些問題漠不關(guān)心將意味著自我毀滅。因此，應(yīng)采取有效措施并通過法律來保護環(huán)境。不然的話，人類勢必遭受因其不關(guān)心生存環(huán)境而引起的嚴重后果之苦。

　　The world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Bird flu and Sars are two typical examples that environmental destruction may threaten our life. Besides， forest destruction ， water and air pollution result in decrease of planting land and unpleasant weather.

　　Serious as the problem seems， we can come up with some measures to deal with it. First of all， the authorities should adopt the policy of "sustainable development"， and laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforced strictly just as our government has been doing.

　　What' s more， every citizen should realize the seriousness of the problem and make concerted efforts to protect our environment. In addition， planting trees helps improve and beautify the environment.
